He’s been the driving force behind our BioBax brands, Zybax and Meleco, and latterly, Aqua Air’s Xtra range taking them from mere ideas to market staples.

When he’s not in the office, you might find Dominic dinghy sailing or sharing his knowledge as an active coach and instructor; or you’ll find him walking on the Dark Peak, finding solace and inspiration amidst nature.

When she’s not shaping the industry, Kate’s busy shaping her personal life. Her time away from the business is dedicated to her family, her beloved cockerpoos, and enthusiastically supporting local theatre alongside her son in his musical theatre endeavours.

When he’s not fine-tuning our production lines or managing our inventory, Max spends his precious spare time with family and friends. He’s also known for his trivia prowess, regularly participating in quizzes, and you might even spot him passionately cheering for his favourite football team.

Max is more than just our Warehouse and Production Manager; he’s the youthful enthusiasm that keeps our operations on the right track and ensures BioBax continues to thrive.

Dan, who works flexibly for BioBax, provides a wide array of services, spanning web development, digital marketing, and content creation. His innate problem-solving skills and technical finesse ensured that every project was executed with precision.

In his downtime, Dan wears another hat as the owner of an award-winning pub, where he savours the pleasures of managing a successful establishment. When he’s not at the helm of the pub, you’ll find Dan cherishing moments with his family, creating lasting memories beyond the digital realm.
