Dominic brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to the table in the commercial, hygiene, and industrial consumables world. He’s seen it all, from manufacturing to sales and marketing, and he’s built a solid reputation for himself.

He’s been the driving force behind our BioBax brands, Zybax and Meleco, and latterly, Aqua Air’s Xtra range taking them from mere ideas to market staples.

When he’s not in the office, you might find Dominic dinghy sailing or sharing his knowledge as an active coach and instructor; or you’ll find him walking on the Dark Peak, finding solace and inspiration amidst nature.

Kate’s wealth of experience has played a pivotal role in the growth of BioBax and Aqua Air and is the driving force behind the expansion of cutting-edge products within the Group portfolio.

With a wealth of knowledge at her fingertips, Kate is the cornerstone of our commitment to upholding the highest standards in cleaning. She’s passionate about employing the right products, systems, and expertise to consistently achieve top-notch results.

When she’s not shaping the industry, Kate’s busy shaping her personal life. Her time away from the business is dedicated to her family, her beloved cockerpoos, and enthusiastically supporting local theatre alongside her son in his musical theatre endeavours.

Steven brings over three decades of textile industry experience to our team, having worked his way up from the shop floor to a department manager role over the course of his career.

Steven is a steady, experienced hand in our warehouse and production operations. His career-long focus has been on driving production while never losing sight of quality, safety and efficiency, and that dedication shows in everything he does.

When he’s not on the production floor, Steven’s curiosity takes flight, quite literally. He has a keen interest in aviation and has spent a lifetime visiting airshows, and enjoys building scale models, particularly aircraft, whenever he gets the chance. He’s also an avid history reader, having worked his way through countless books spanning a wide range of historical subjects.

Family means everything to Steven, and he makes the most of every moment spent with them. He believes in keeping busy, staying curious, and always making room to learn and experience something new.

Steven is more than just our Warehouse & Production Operative; he’s the steady expertise and quiet dedication that helps keep BioBax running smoothly.

Matthew Donaldson

Reliable Hands Behind Every Order

Matt keeps our warehouse running smoothly, getting orders picked, packed and ready to go. Before joining us, he spent eight years in the hospitality trade, working as a bar assistant and chef, and turning his hand to pretty much everything else along the way.

Matt brings that same hands-on, can-do attitude to his work with us, taking pride in getting every order right so it goes out exactly as it should.
Outside of work, his creative streak comes out to play. He enjoys playing guitar and is always teaching himself something new, from woodwork to gardening techniques. He also loves spending quality time with his family, whether that’s heading out on outings, taking part in activities together, or settling in for a film.

Matthew is more than just our Warehouse & Production Operative; he’s the hands-on energy and easy-going attitude that keep things ticking over on the warehouse floor.

Dan, who works flexibly for BioBax, provides a wide array of services, spanning web development, digital marketing, and content creation. His innate problem-solving skills and technical finesse ensured that every project was executed with precision.

In his downtime, Dan wears another hat as the owner of an award-winning pub, where he savours the pleasures of managing a successful establishment. When he’s not at the helm of the pub, you’ll find Dan cherishing moments with his family, creating lasting memories beyond the digital realm.

Dan isn’t just our Web Developer and Digital Manager; he’s the digital compass that has guided BioBax through its digital evolution from the very beginning.
